Program Description

Physician Management System SMS Notifications is a text messaging service that sends you work-related notifications about your schedule, shift assignments, and time-off requests. By opting in, you agree to receive automated text messages from our system.

Message Types

You will receive the following types of messages:

• Schedule Period Notifications: Alerts when time-off request windows open
• Shift Assignments: Notifications about new or changed shift assignments
• Request Updates: Status updates on your time-off requests (approved/denied)
• Important Announcements: Critical system updates or schedule changes
• Reminders: Upcoming deadlines for schedule requests

How to Opt-Out

You can stop receiving messages at any time by:

• Reply STOP: Text STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe
• Settings Page: Revoke consent on this page using the "Revoke Consent" button
• Contact Support: Email or call us to request opt-out

After you opt-out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive any further messages unless you opt back in.

Technical Requirements

• Must have a US mobile phone number
• Must have an active SMS-capable phone plan
• Must be able to receive text messages

Liability

We are not liable for any delays in receiving messages due to carrier issues, network problems, or phone compatibility. Critical notifications will also be sent via email when possible. Do not rely solely on SMS for time-sensitive information.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of SMS notifications after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes via email or SMS.
