Physician Management System
How providers opt in to SMS notifications
Text messages are sent only to our own physicians and advanced practice providers who explicitly opt in. We never send marketing messages and never share phone numbers.
  1. The provider signs in to their account at physicianmanagement.xyz.
  2. They open My Profile → Manage SMS Consent (Settings → SMS consent).
  3. They enter their US mobile number and choose which notification types they want.
  4. They check the consent box (it is unchecked by default) agreeing to the SMS Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click Enable SMS Notifications. The button stays disabled until the box is checked and a phone number is entered.
  5. The time of consent is recorded. If the provider later changes their phone number, consent is revoked automatically and must be given again for the new number.

Consent can also be given on the sign-in page: Forgot password? texts a 6-digit reset code, and requires the same unchecked-by-default consent box before the code is sent. Consent is recorded once the code is entered, which confirms the number belongs to the provider.

Providers can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or by clicking Revoke on the same settings page. Replying HELP returns support contact information.
